As someone with bigger legs, I'd tried a dozen braces that didn't fit or slipped. This one actually stays put and supports my knee, whether I'm on my feet at work or resting. The middle strap makes it more comfy for all-day wear.
Tried so many useless braces for my bad knees and heavy thighs. This is the one that actually works. The support is fantastic and comfortable, and it's built to last. Went from stuck at home to getting around again.

Upon receiving the item I read the directions, which were very clear and concise and were supported by helpful visuals to ensure proper wear. The directions note to start with 20-30 minutes of wear and then gradually increase which is what I did. I found myself not wanting to take it off, realizing how much better I felt sitting and standing straighter than ever before. This lumbar support is amazing! My brother in law is a chiropractor and has always recommended a few items for lumbar support. This one is nice because it is wearable rather than just something you place on your chair. The straps are comfortable, way more comfortable than I expected. It's firm enough for support but not so hard that it hurts. I also love how easy it is to put on by myself and does not require another person to assist me. Instead of walking around with a hurt back from hunched shoulders, I put this on and can continue about my day. Using the size chart provided on the website I was able to pick the size I thought would fit me best. Sometimes ordering online from a size chart can be a nightmare but not this one, it was accurate and fits great.

Sooo glad I found this for helping improve my posture. A history of sitting in a cubicle had caused me to slouch and slump and was causing neck and back pain. I’ve started using this posture corrector to aid in breaking the habit of slouching and I wasn’t sure what to expect but just having the awareness by wearing this has helped me to keep a better posture. Also, if I do start to slump then I feel it tighten and I automatically fix my posture. It’s kind of like a waste trainer but for posture lol It’s also very easy to put on and easy to wear for long periods of time. I always wear a thin tank top underneath it so it’s not on my skin and have found it to be comfortable to wear (a must!).
I’ve had terrible posture since I was young, and have been made fun of for it for as long as I can remember. Ever since I started working from home a few years back, my posture has gotten worse because I would just slump over for 8+ hours almost everyday. The brace is well made but the adjustablity is limited. Purchased this for my wife who was unable to wear the brace due to the length. The rigid support panels rode up to base of her neck making it very uncomfortable. The velcro waist straps were easy to adjust providing good lower back support. Overall the brace would work well for someone with a longer trunk.

Shattered left side pelvis I had multiple surgeries in 2018 to put my pelvis back together from being crushed between 2 vehicles. I had long monshs going into years of physical therapy and living my life with modifications. I have been using this belt around my lower back for some time, as added support. I’m always on the go, and sometimes it triggers lower back discomfort. This belt almost immediately offers relief. I have had belts similar to this in the past, and often they seem to have the same issues . First they tend to roll up when I’m moving around. Secondly, the Velcro loses its grip, and the belt starts to open up on its own, requiring me to readjust it. So far, this belt has not given those issues. It’s thick, lays flat and does not roll up. Also, the Velcro is VERY strong, stays closed and has a great grip. Overall I’m very pleased with this belt. If you’re looking for a lightweight belt with heavy duty duty support, this is the one for you!

My name is Joe, and I have been an avid, highly competitive runner for over 45 years. Although I have been relatively injury-free throughout my running career, many years of running up and down hills on hard surfaces have taken a toll on my knees. Lately, I find myself needing some support for my nagging knee soreness. After a great deal of research, I ordered a set of knee support sleeves from Fivali. I was looking for a knee sleeve that would provide my aching knees with support, while being lightweight and breathable. I live in South Carolina, and the heat and humidity often cause braces to become heavy and uncomfortable due to sweat. When my knee sleeves arrived in the mail, (they were shipped promptly) I immediately wore them on a test run. The sleeve gave me proper compression, and they did not slip, as was the case with other knee sleeves I’ve tried. The fabric is breathable, and the sleeves were relatively dry when I returned from my run. I was very satisfied with the performance of the Fivali knee sleeves, but if I wasn’t, the company will accept returns within 30-days. That will not happen with me, as I think the sleeves are perfect for me. These sleeves are designed for runners, but I think they could be used by athletes in many different sports. I love my knee sleeves. They give me everything I need in knee protection, and I am happy to give them a 5-star rating.

If you've got large thighs, this is the knee brace to get. Love that I don't have to wrestle it on like a sleeve, straps make it easy. Support is solid, and I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.
Works good but I suggest getting a thin under shirt because the straps that go under your armpits do rub if you sweat or move too much.
